COMPTEL: ATLANTIC-ACM Names Best-in-Class Domestic Wholesale Carriers

ATLANTIC-ACM presented its Best-in-Class Domestic Wholesale Awards on Monday at the COMPTEL PLUS trade show to a handful of standout carriers. The winners were determined from the results of ATLANTIC-ACM's 2008 Long Distance Carrier Report Card, which invites wholesale customers to evaluate the performance of their carriers.
